When we handed back the keys, the agent told us that everything would be fine and that the deposit is paid back to our account within 14 days. So we moved out and thought everything was fine. But to get deposit back from them was a hell. They told us that Owner of the property want to deduct half of the deposit due to damage in the flat. AVOID
